Are iPhone games eating PSP's lunch?

They must be, seeing as that Sony PSP has a new campaign specifically targeting iPhone game buyers.

The thing is, are iPhone gamers the same market as PSP players? My sense is that iPhone games appeal more to the casual kind of gamer -- two minutes to play and then life goes on. PSP games are more immersive and last an hour or more.
